Returns

For faulty, incorrectly supplied or damaged in transit items, return shipping fees will be covered by Sesame.

Please return within 30 days of receiving your item. Return items must be in brand new and resalable condition with all packaging.

For warranties, please return within the products warranty period (one year) commencing from the date of successful receipt.

Note: We unfortunately are not able to offer returns/refunds/swaps due to change of mind. Returns are only available for faulty, incorrectly supplied or damaged in transit items.
